Walker Security offers annual service/maintenance agreements for all financial institutions throughout the state of Arizona. The standard agreement includes: one preventative maintenance service call and four branch initiated service calls throughout the term of the agreement. All parts that are necessary for the completion of the service are included unless otherwise noted.
Some benefits of contract coverage include: discounted labor, mileage and travel rates, plus discounts on new equipment and monitoring fees. The discounted rates apply to work not covered under the agreement or additional service calls in excess of the amount allowed under the terms of the agreement.
The annual service/maintenance agreement does not apply to equipment that is either inoperable or requires extensive repairs prior to the signing of the agreement; however repairs to any such equipment will be made at the reduced contract rates.
Service requests can be made by phone at (602) 437-5552 or fax (602) 437-5577 or by email at email@example.com, we provide an on-call technician 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The on-call technician may be reached by calling our office and following the directions provided by our answering system.
Service calls are handled on a priority basis. Walker Security guarantees a response time of less than 24 hours from the time of the service request during normal business hours (8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday) and in case of emergencies. Emergencies will be immediately relayed to the next available technician and are usually handled the same business day. Service requests that are received on weekends or after normal business hours, if not emergencies, will be handled on the next regular business day.
For added security, in the event of a phone line failure we also offer radio or cellular backup communicators for alarm systems. All the equipment we use meets Underwriter Laboratories (UL) requirements, where necessary.
